Implements a full view in BIRD, limiting lgproxy.py supported features and some PEP8 compliance changes
This should allow for having one instance of BIRD per IP version which has a full BGP view (using multiple sessions to routers), limit lgproxy.py in supported features (say, traceroute only) and adds some PEP8 compliance. Code is messy as I was hacking my way to get it working ASAP. Comments and improvements are more than welcome.
